2005 Ford Taurus SE 3.0 Vulcan from North America

Summary:

So far so good, no problems

Faults:

Nothing has gone wrong with this car except for a piece of foam rubber coming loose under the front fender.

General Comments:

Nice car, safe so far reliable and reasonably comfortable, not the most powerful engine in the world, but very adequate.

Lack of CD player a definite minus, Who makes cars in 2005 with only a radio cassette any more?

Cd player is just another option designed to get money out of ya. More money if its put into a "package" like an audio upgrade or tech package or something even stupider.

I Agree with the CD player thing, so I went out and brought a 12 pack changer, but of course you need a special tool to pull out the radio, so now I’m waiting for that other than that the car is great.

2005 Ford Taurus SE 3.0 from North America

Summary:

It is an amazing automobile

Faults:

The car is awesome. It was brand new, costing 15,000.00 after all the rebates came in place.

The only bad thing is if you slide on water or ice too much in a short period of time, it triggers the engine light to come on, and the only way to shut it off is by going to the dealer to hook the computer into it, and resetting it.

General Comments:

The car is great. I have the silver frost with charcoal and black interior, sliding moon roof, satellite radio, spoiler, headlight, door and roof deflectors. Black trim on all doors and lettering on the windshield. It went from an old granny car to a pimped out family sedan.

You can view it on cardomain.com. Search for 05 Taurus, look for Condelizza... that's her name.

"...the engine light to come on, and the only way to shut it off is by going to the dealer."

Not so. You can turn the CEL off by disconnecting the battery negative cable and pressing the brake pedal for 5 seconds.
