1. Clutch at 106,000 (compression ring/flywheel broke clean through).
2. Ball-joint failure at 109,000 (front lower left suspension arm, main ball joint) - lucky me... only going 15mph when it happened!
3. Replaced the engine at 135,000 (main bearing bolt broke on cylinder #2 @ approximately 4000rpm, jacked up the whole crank assembly).
Car was well taken care of before I got it.. I've taken good care of it - I just got stuck with a lemon... both the clutch problems were related to a defect in the steel, the main bearing bolt on the crank was either defective, or over-torqued.
Someone didn't take care of that car... and I have 200 people to back me up www.3geez.com

Before you blame the manufacturer, do some research on the car, and sure it hasn't been abused. Cars are like kids, they grow up based on how you treat them.
