"Great for poor college kids"

What things have gone wrong with the car?

The only things I have had to buy for this car, in two years and 40,000 miles, is 1 control arm, 1 ball joint, and a set of new tires (which I am going to get later this month).

General comments?

This will probably be the best car I ever own. I reccomend it so much to kids that have to go to school (like me) and as a result can't afford to spend $500 a month on repairs/customizations on their car. Granted, it is a Honda, so it is plain, small, thin, and generaly a "boring car", but it will be the best INVESTMENT you will make if you can't afford to constantly spend money on a car, whether it be in repairs or payments.

On a side note, I bought the car in good condition, with 140,000 miles, and I plan on selling it in a few months, in which it will probably have 180,000 miles. I bought the car for $5500 and have recently been offered $3800 for it. I think that depreciation value is excellent. Great for poor college kids, rich college kids should buy an Audi.

If you like this car so much, why did you give it a sad face?

This is the original poster, I can't believe I found this, or even remembered that I posted this. Oh yeah, I didn't mean to have a sad face, I don't remember why that is on there. Maybe the ratings I had to do? I don't know.

Anyway, I still have the car. Now it has 240,000 miles, and drives great. Since that post I have had a new thermostat put in and the brakes done. That's it. I guess I got the opposite of a lemon or something. It drives straight, doesn't make a whole lot of noise, gets great mileage, etc. I think it depends on the driver somewhat, and I have always driven this car slow.
