The main problem we had with this car was the motor mounts. They are gel filled and it seemed like every 2 years we were out buying new ones. When replacing them you have to get both engine mounts as well as the transmission one. Each time costing us over $200.00.
The cruise control would take fits. We could turn our blinker on and the cruise control would shut off automatically.
The car was very roomy for our family. We have 3 young children as well as a dog, who we traveled with from time to time.
I don't see how you could rate this car so poorly. For a Sable, that is low maitenance. I have put more money than that into my 93 Sable, but I still consider it a good car.
