1999 Oldsmobile Intrigue review from North America
"A money pit"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
I purchased the car in July 2002 and thought I got a great deal. A year later, I have had 3 oil leaks fixed for over $600 and the power window motor replaced for over $450. While the car was in the shop the last time, I had them look at an oil leak I thought they did not fix correctly the first time and they informed me it was another leak that will cost over $660 to fix. So, in addition to my car payments, I have put in over $1100 and have another $660 coming my way.
General comments?
I love the design of the car and the ability to haul all of my friends. It is easy to get in and out of, so my grandparents can access the car easily.
I found no trouble with the defrost. However, one of my back windows does not always work. It must be moody.
