2001 Peugeot 307 XSi review from Lithuania
"Is it diesel?"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Nothing.
General comments?
Is it a diesel? Behaviour of this Peugeot diesel on the road is more like a true fuel engine. Diesel reminds you only at the gas-station.
Fuel consumption is funny even for the diesel. With a full tank you may run up to 1100 km.
Acceleration is nearly perfect. Well it's not a BMW 320d, but anyway take a look at the price.
Handling and brakes are wonderful. This is my first Peugeot, but it feels like I was driving it for years.
All the auto stuff is a little bit annoying. Like auto wipers on/off or auto lights on/off.
It's a pity that there wasn't a 307 HDi XSi equipped with a Porsche semi-automatic gearbox.
