Starter had to be replaced at 37,000 miles.
Front end too low, gets caught on all parking blocks and slowly rips the plastic apart.
Outside door panels fall off easily.
Interior light is fickle and only comes on when opening the door on random occasions (Stars aligned properly?).
Windows leak during car washes.
Clutch master cylinder went out at 80k.
B/C of clutch master cylinder, had to have 3 diff clutches put in it before they realized the problem wasn't the clutch, but the clutch master cylinder.
Battery wires had to be replaced.
Engine is burning oil internally which causes this junker to smoke. Due to a head gasket leak or a leak somewhere else.. piston, or valve. Not sure. It's in the shop right now.
Flimsy piece of cardboard that covers the spare tire in the trunk is warped so bad, anything that goes in the trunk rests in that divot.
It's a comfortable car, but there are just too many problems with it. As soon as I get this POS out of the shop I'm going to drop it like a bad habit.
Don't waste your time on this automobile unless you like stress and lots of repair costs.
This review is very accurate. My Sebring has had many of the same problems listed here. If you ever have to replace the the front exhaust pipe, it's a Chrysler only part (no aftermarket available). They will charge you over $800 for it.
