"Fast Family Car"

What things have gone wrong with the car?

In the first 12 months of ownership nothing has gone wrong with this car. This is my first time I have owned a car that did not require any dealer assistance. Very pleased and surprised.

General comments?

A fast family car with average fuel consumption (28 mpg). Very well designed car with exceptional build quality.

Only issue is that the suspension cannot handle bumpy \ poor road surfaces at speed. As I paid extra for sports suspension this is not acceptable.

The lack of standard equipment and the ever increasing price of Audi options on new cars is unacceptable and will probably end my Audi ownership when I renew this car.

Service costs are also expensive.

"Only issue is that the suspension cannot handle bumpy \ poor road surfaces at speed. As I paid extra for sports suspension this is not acceptable" One thing that you might try is changing the suspension to a stock non-sport or a more luxious after market suspension. The fact that the bumps and poor road condition are getting you alittle shook-up, is because you have the Sport Suspension. Sport suspension is ment to be more firm and ridged so you can bank and break corners at higher speeds with the car being a lot more stable. I would suggest TEIN suspensions for the right ride height, sport handling, and soft impact you are looking for.

My 4 year 80k warranty has finished and would you guess.

Does anyboday have experience or cost estimates to correct.

1. regular maintenance check at 90,000 km.

2. the sun roof - when I push up the roof it automatically drops back down.

3. any major repairs you came across that I need to aware off.

If you can indicate the year of vehicle and the km at time of occurence.
