1997 Chevrolet Cavalier Rs Coupe review from North America

2 transmissions put in.

New exaust.

New serpintine belt.

New fuel pump.

Water pump

radiator

trunk leaked.

I have a 1997 chevy caviler and I love it though I have had a lot of problems butit's a good tuner car. i bought this car in 05 used it ran well for about 2 months then I was leaving work one day and I didn't have revers I put it in gear and gave it gas and it just reved up like it was in neutral. I did that a couple time then all of a sudden it went into gear not a good feeling after that I had the exaust put on cause it broke. then my water pump wen out along with the serpintine belt. the fuel pump was next then the radiator leaked like a bad gutter. the trunk leaked after a bad winter, but I think that was the ice's fault I put a used transmission in over this last summer cause the car wouldn't shift at all it sounded like it was neutral, but would occasionally grab the gear I didn't have park either. now this transmission is messing up I have another used tranny to put in this weekend the problem with this one is it won't shift out of first at all and I don't have revers it sounds like the transmission is slipping or the pump isn't building any preesure for it to shift. any body else have similar problmes or is it just my car any tips as to what the problem could be would be helpful to.
