1990 Pontiac Grand Prix LE review from North America
"Runs like a champ!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Well, nothing much realy, replaced the brake pads and 1 rotor. The power steering pump developed a leak which was realtively easy to swap out. The drivers side seat belt broke and was easily replaced. The Heater core died on me this past winter, hard to get at, but I replaced it without too much stress. Other than that nothing whatsoever.
General comments?
Very durable car, rides comfortably, Engine is built like a tank!
Has been making a low tapping noise on start up lately which is probably just the tappets.
Seats 5 people comfortably, definately has a LOT of power for an older car, have driven it accross the country 3 times coast to coast with nothing happening, doesn't burn oil at all, at least not the synthetic I've had it on since I bought it.
Turns corners exceptionaly well, the internal stereo speaker system is quite excellent as well.
