2000 Nissan Frontier EX review from North America
"Great"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Well after 170,000 miles I finally lost an engine. The timing chain broke. My auto fix it guy said there was a lubrication failure, and being as the timing chain adjuster operates off of oil pressure, the chain went.
I'm not complaining as this has a very worry free truck for me. I'm having the engine replaced with another that has 75k on it and comes with a 12/12 p/l warranty.
For the record, I've been using Mobile 1 synthetic 10w30 in it since I got it. Driving about 30k a year.
General comments?
Great truck overall.
