1989 Chevrolet Camaro Iroc-Z review from North America
"This car is a budget high performance car"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
My passenger side brake line collapsed at 65,000 miles.
My fuel pump went out at 70,000miles.
My idler arm went out at 70,000miles.
My ignition rotor went out at 72,000miles.
The plastic interior parts have begun to break and rattle.
The t-tops are starting to leak badly and rattle.
The windows and t-top seals need to be replaced.
The steering is getting loose again.
General comments?
This car is seriously quick for having only a 5.0l engine.
The car handles great for rear-wheel drive.
The stock suspension rides really rough.
The interior looks good, but requires a lot of attention.
The car requires a lot of care.
The $6000 dollars paid at the time was reasonable for the condition of the car.
