1989 Chevrolet Camaro Iroc Z-28 review from North America
"Great Budget Street Racer. With minimal money you can make this thing screaming fast."
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) went out at 65200 miles.
Paint has become faded on roof and hood and deck lid.
Power Trunk Latch sometimes gets sticky and requires a quick hit with the deck lid to move again.
Headliner fell down and sagged at about 60000 miles.
General comments?
The car handles incredible.
I have no trouble taking off ramps and on ramps at 65 or plus.
350 V8 is intensely powerful stock, with the SLP exhaust, under-drive pulleys, and JET Performance chip, and ram air the car is about a 5.5 second dash to 60.
Kind of bumpy on back roads.
Good Driving position even though I am very tall.
Torque is incredible.
