1991 Ford Taurus GL review from North America
What things have gone wrong with the car?
I thought the transmission was bad, but it just happened to be a speed sensor. The cost was about $250. I've had to replace the inner tie-rod on the passenger side, cost $18.50. I also had to put a new power steering pump on.
General comments?
All in all, this car has been reliable, and it has plenty of pep with its 3.8L.
The car has 126K miles on it and still doesn't use any oil between oil changes.
My only complaint with this car is the paint job, as with other Taurus's the paint is fading.
