1998 Vauxhall Vectra ENVOY review from UK and Ireland

What things have gone wrong with the car?
My steering rack had to be replaced at 28,000.
Was not covered by my warranty as Vauxhall said it was worn and not broken???
Looking into this problem. How can it be worn after two careful owners, low mileage and full service history.
The car has been looked after.

The car is a comfortable family estate.
Very good for motorway driving.
Good, reliable car when nothing wrong with it.
Taking it for an MOT is a nightmare, even when looked after there are always faults.
My F reg fiesta used to pass more often!
