2000 Chevrolet Blazer s-12 review from North America
"Not worth the money paid"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
OK, first, it started off with the drivers side wheel making noise. Took to the garage and found that the wheel bearing was bad. This was replaced at a cost of approx. $350.00. Mileage was 45000 miles.
Upon picking the Blazer up from being serviced, I was advised that the road noise was better, BUT, the passenger side now needed replaced. So, another $350.00.
Well, today I relpaced all four tires at 48,000, so I was not upset. BUT, I did find out that the drivers side, upper ball joint is going bad. Such good news.
I can't wait to see what else will go wrong with this thing. I really do like it, but with all these problems, I cannot see myself buying another one.
General comments?
My point, is do not buy a Chevy Blazer. Unless, of course, you want to shell out some major bucks for all the things that will break down...
