1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo review from North America
"Great car that will last forever"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The car has been in the family for 12 years now and has had a plethora of things gone wrong with it over the years. If you just keep up with the maintence and fix small things that go wrong it's a great car.
1. passenger window button doesn't work (works on driver side)
2. Alarm goes off when you unlock car with key. (I don't lock my jeep)
3.cylinders that hold back hatch went bad
4. recent problem-RPM's drop below zero and car shuts off. (I always have to have my foot on the gas, even when I'm BRAKING!!!)
5. Transmission went bad at 150,000, cost 2,000 to fix.
6. Speakers don't work in front.
7. Shocks went bad
8. some belts start to squeak and need to be replaced.
9. Many other things that I can't rember right now, but nothing too serious.
General comments?
VERY comfotable ride. You just want to sink into those front seats and enjoy the ride.
