What things have gone wrong with the car?
My power steering pressure line began to leak at around 195,000 km. It was cheap to fix thought.
Gas and break lines had to be replaced at 197,000, luckily cheap it was to get fixed.
Had lower doors, rockers and rear quarters repainted because of rust.
Brakes replaced twice since 1993.
General comments?
This wagon is my first car and she has never let me down.
The 3.1 makes her a sleeper and I have more they once buried her speedometer. I have also blown many newer imports on off the line with this old battle wagon.
Back in 2004 I was rear-ended my a mini-van and it didn't even leave a crack on my rear plastic bumper. The front end of the van was all pushed in.
The stock AC Del-co speakers sound pretty good with my custom Sony CD deck.
The car also still runs great on the highway, as I sometimes take it on four hour trips from my University to my home town.
Overall Great car, long live the bow-tie.
