Never had a problem with my windows

Faults:

Nothing yet well except the tail light has blown out twice but that's really nothing.

General Comments:

I was reading another reviewers report on the Metro and saw that he had trouble with the window? Well I know quite a few people with Metros and we have never had any problems with our windows.. Or anything else with the cars.

Summary:

Okay most of the time, but the window can be a pain in the backside

Faults:

Since I bought the car, the window on the driver's side door has come off track about 5 times. It came off track again today and when I called the dealer about it the service area had left and they will get back to me. So far I have not had to pay to have it fixed, however they are not sure if they will cover it this time.

General Comments:

I will NEVER buy another Metro and I will never buy another car from Novick Auto Mall.

I have the same problem with my 1997 Geo Metro!!!

I got my '97 Geo Metro from T&C in Sedalia Missouri.

The only problems I've had with my car is the service engine light keeps coming on, and by the time I take it to the shop the light goes out and the service guys couldn't find anything wrong.

About a month after I got the car the driver's side and passenger side windows when rolled down would fall forward and out of track.

General Comments:

More power than you would think that it would have. Great on long trips. Gas mileage can't be beat. A/C cools down fast. Sound system is great.

Good run around type of car, this is the second one that I've had and neither one of them has given me any problems. The gas mileage is great especially now since the gas prices are so high.

Nothing so far! It's a great little car, I never have problems with it. I run the little thing to death and it just keeps going with the best of them. I love the radio in it, the controls are so big and easy to use. The little auto tranny is just right for the car.

General Comments:

It's a great little car! Perfect for a run about town type of car!

General Comments:

This car I had driven was a rental. I can tell you that it is not fun to drive a car that has no power steering. The car is not very strong, maximum speed is only 85mph. Seats are not comfortable and everything else feels real cheap. Otherwise the car has excellent gas economy.

Well, this isn't intended as a personal attack... but with the stock rims/tires (rims are 13x4's?) you should have no problem with the lack of power steering.

The real problem is most likely not knowing how to drive. If you like to grind holes in the ground with your wheels, you're definitely going to need power steering. Otherwise, I dunno.
