1990 Geo Metro LXi review from North America
"A great, cheap, easy-to-maintain car"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Well, when I got the car, the cylinders on the hatchback were worn, but I replaced those without much effort.
The muffler was also badly corroded.
General comments?
I drive everywhere with this car, and it still drives like the day I bought it.
I have added many things to the car (2 12-inch sub-woofers, an 800 watt amp, lots of exterior LEDs, 4 blue neon lights inside, and different seats) and the car is still able to power it all.
A word of warning, though: Never drive through deep water with this car. I had to replace the carpets and some floor panels because of rust.
