There is nothing that has gone wrong with this vehicle.
I own a service station and bought my first Metro from a customer.
On that vehicle we installed Nitrous Oxide as an experiment.
That car ran perfect and went 235,00 miles with no problem, I then sold it and it is still running.
Even with 145 horsepower boost from the NOS, it still ran great.
It took you two years to find a Metro for sale?
You must not have been trying very hard!
These cars are getting harder and harder to find, there are 5 junkyards in the area where I live and out of all 5 only 1 junkyard has a total of 2 geo metros and the are stripped to nothing, I have been in oklahoma for 2 yrs and have only seen 2 or 3 of them around town and now I own one, its in the process of a complete rebuild right now, it only took 1 hr to pull the engine and 1 hr to completly disassemble it!! Awsome.
