1993 Jeep Cherokee Country review from North America
"A very reliable, low maintenance truck"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
My water pump failed around 180,000 kilometers, which caused the fan belt to come loose and wrap around the radiator fan axle. Repairs were inexpensive, approximately $250 for parts & labor.
I had to replace the oil in both differentials at 185,000 kilometers.
The washer fluid tube for my rear wiper has a hole in it, and doesn't spray the window anymore. Now it sprays back onto the car behind me. It's actually kind of fun.
General comments?
This is a vehicle that I'm going to keep forever. I love my Jeep, and I wouldn't trade it for anything.
The 4x4 is an excellent feature to have, especially for a vehicle that is so small and maneuverable.
