2002 Mercedes-Benz C-Class c240 review from North America
"Excellent Buy"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
I had water leaking from the front end and they said that they had to replace something with the heater. I forgot the name of the part, but it was $150.00 for me to fix. Plus I got a oil change and that cost another $150.00 the total that it has cost me to fix or service was $350.00, but out here in Ventura we have good dealer that specializes in working on Mercedes Benz and he gives good prices for servicing the car. I recently got a quote on how much it would be to do a tune-up and it will run me $350.00 bucks.
General comments?
The car as far as safety, comfort, and everything else is a perfect car to me. The car literally makes no noise. Takes off fast if you barely press on pedal. Nice, safe car especially with having two kids. Having 8 air bags and fast brakes I don't have to worry about being really injured if crashed into. Good with gas too.
