2000 Nissan Frontier Crew Cab 4X4 from North America - Comments

"Nice looking truck, but very underpowered and plagued with problems"

What things have gone wrong with the car?

There is some sort of Manifold vibrating in the engine, I have taken it in to the dealer. They fix the problem and it quickly reappears.

All of the Exterior lights got mixed up. When you put your foot on the brake, the right turn signal would come on. When using cruise control and signal to change lanes, cruise control would shut off. Turn on high beam lights and all interior dash lights would dim. Tail lights would work very rarly. The Nissan dealer was able to sort this out, but took them hours anf cost a lot.

Automatic Transmission got stuck in park and had to be towed. New transmission was installed, on warranty.

General comments?

Truck has very limited power and would not recommend a Nissan truck to anyone. Pulling a trailer, vehicle would do about 60 kilometers.

Depending on the size of the trailer, 60mph is pretty darn good... Also, many if not most states require you do 60 or under when towing as max speed limit, even on interstate hiways. This sounds like you got a bad Nissan because almost all I've seen have been excellent.
