1999 Pontiac Grand Am SE review from North America
"Good car for the money"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Replaced water pump at 57.9k
Replaced rotors and pads with slotted at 57.9k. Feels much better.
Power seat is starting to have trouble.
Fan blower does not work on 2 setting.
General comments?
The car is excellent in wet/snow conditions. The 3.4 has a lot of power. Interior is comfortable.
Cost of repairs if you can do it yourself, water pump $21,slotted rotors and pads $100.
Aside from the brakes and pump the car has been very reliable, it has not left me stranded. Cost of ownership is low.
