My transmission went out.

Based on your entry for the previous vehicle that you owned, "Ford GMC Jimmy" I would say that you do not know much about cars, and should not be leaving reviews on this site. You probably bought a car that was beaten and not maintained, therefore you have problems with it.
I agree with the last comment. The belt (which I assume is the accessories belt) coming off three times a day is indicative of a tensioner failure/maladjustment or possibly a problem with one of the pulleys for the waterpump, A/C, etc.
