So far I have had no cause for complaint. The car was delivered in perfect order and with a full tank of diesel.
This is the new A4 model. The new 130 bhp 1.9 turbo diesel is very powerful.
Visibility is not good. Lots of stretching to see if anything is coming, and reversing is a gamble.
Seats look and feel OK, but I have had backache since the day after I got the car. Seats not as good as in the Ford Mondeo.
This car is trying really really really hard to be a nice car, but it isn't.
I have the same car and consider the seats to be the most comfortable I have come across and much better than the Mark 1 A4, where you would get lower back ache after an hour or so.
Agree with other comments, astonishingly fast and amazingly economical. Also, very well screwed together and reliable.
I have just got my new A4 Avant Sport 1.9Tdi. Excellent car all round, except the front seats. Worst seats I have ever known and I have had back ache since about 4 days after taking delivery. I am now under a physiotherapist to try to sort my back out. If this doesn't work I will have to get rid of the car which is a great shame because the performance, economy and build quality is astounding. A comment to Audi... you really should take a good hard look at these seats... they are very poor.
