Replaced battery at 17,400 (3 years old).
So far I really like the Blazer. It is sporty, roomy and has plenty of power. The is the 2nd Chevy truck that my family owns (son has a 02 1500) and I am pleased with both of them.
Just a update... on 5/26/05 had to replace right front wheel bearing at 29,700 miles. I still enjoy the Blazer, but the front wheel bearing assembly is a very POOR design!!
Update - Repaired parking brake assembly (it wouldn't engage and stay down). No cost just several hours of my time to remove and reinstall.
