Did you get an answer on this problem? My car is starting to do the same thing. On the dash bottom right corner, I have what looks like a vehicle with what looks like brake lights on. I am also looking for an English manual, if anyone knows how to get one? I have a 1998 Harrier, and I live in Japan.
