1994 Ford Aspire 4-door review from North America
"A cute reliable economy car"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The only thing which has gone wrong with this car is that the front driver-side lock stuck. A good locksmith solved the problem for five dollars.
General comments?
It was a good car to purchase for my teenage daughter. I could get airbags and relative safety -- though it is a tiny car -- for a reasonable price.
I would have preferred a Honda or Toyota initially, but I found that the resale prices were absolutely exorbitant for the condition.
My mechanic maintains the Aspire's Kia engine is like new and should go another 100,000 miles.
