2000 Ford Fiesta LX Zetec 1.2L from UK and Ireland
Reliable, but rusted away and not great on fuel
This Ford Fiesta 2000 LX 1.2 was a reliable car; it never broke down. The problem with this car was it had rusted a lot. And it was not so good on fuel.
It's good. Takes me from to A to B. But rust is a very common on these Fiestas. Fuel was not great, but it's not that bad.
Would you buy another car from this manufacturer? Yes

The thing do with these old rust buckets is to pick one up for 300 quid with nearly a year's MOT. Then run it into the ground with the odd scrapyard tyre if needed. I did this with a 1999 Ford Ka. It had good tyres and I only had to use the spare as it had a bad tracking problem on one side. My only other expense was oil and anti freeze. So I got a year's worth of motoring for 7.64 a week after scrap value.
That figure includes tax and insurance. Motoring for the price of a pack of fags per week.
