2004 Nissan Maxima SE review from North America
"Cool"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
My Nissan Maxima's transmission has gone bad. It jerks around the 1st, 2nd and 3rd gears. It is currently at Ammco getting fixed. This started happening around 80000 miles.
I went on this website www-odi.nhtsa.dot.gov and filed a complaint. I called them and they stated that no investigation has been started, and asked when or how many people need to complain before on gets started... the lady said that it is an issue of safety, and not the number of people that complain. So go to the website and complain, and make sure you mention that it is a matter of safety and that your car could potentially jerk into another car because the transmission is pulling. If you want more info about my issue and about what Ammco says, email me at rey.ramirez@yahoo.com
General comments?
Still a good car; just needs better warranty.
