My head gasket blew at 92,740 miles.
My battery went at 92,740 miles.
My starter went at 96,000 miles.
My TRANSMISSION is going now, and is only expected to last a month.
The car is quick, but for being a starter car I am very angry to find out that my transmission is going, and that I have a month to get rid of it. The suspension is going, along with the brakes, shocks, and the head gasket for the second time in 7,000 miles.
Well if it makes you feel any better I have a 92 sunbird and am having the same problems I love this car I don't wanna get rid of it, but at 214kms the head gasket blown, tires are going, engine needs to be replaced as does the radiator, I'm having a rough time deciding.
I have a 92 sunbird convertible with almost 180 on it and the head gasket blew for the second time, the problem with it is that the block is cast iron and the head is aluminum which makes theres expansion rate different, causing a shift in the gasket breaking the seal, there isn't too much that can be done, but it still ran pretty good after you get all the water out of it.
