Car would not go in reverse from the second day I bought it. I have brought the car in at least 4 times to have them fix this problem and they could never find anything wrong!
Moon roof broke. After they ordered the part it took them forever to get the part in. Ford said that even though it would only take like 15 minutes to replace the part, that I would have to leave the car there for at least a day! They also would not let me make an appointment to bring it in.
Car alarm broke. It would just start going off for no reason! This would happen during the night, while my car was parked at work, everywhere!
Air conditioning broke. Steam started blowing out all of my vents!
This is the worst car ever and I would never recommend a Ford to anyone!
The service department is never nice or helpful. I have tried going to 4 different Ford dealers with my car and they are all the same. They treat people extremely poorly no matter your age or gender.
I do not understand how a company can make such a poor quality vehicle.

The "steam coming out of the vents" is a heater core problem. Although you might have been using the AC at the time, it is the heater core that is the problem. And it is expensive to take it in and have it fixed, rightly so too! It is a real pain to get at, you have to take the whole dash off just to get at it. Good luck!
