"An all around great car"

What things have gone wrong with the car?

Not much has gone wrong with this car, I've replaced the entire exhaust except for the catalytic converter and I've gone through a couple of CV boots, those are the two "major" parts that I've had to replace.

The power windows are getting sluggish, but a little lube should fix that right up, and one of that four tail lamps has gone out.

There was also a tear along the seam on both front seats when I got the car, but that was not a hard thing to fix and has since been repaired.

General comments?

This is a great car to be your first.

It has never broken down on me and has always gotten me to where I need to go.

It has enough pep to keep me happy and handles great.

I love the look of it and always look forward to driving it again.

I also own a 1986 Honda Accord Lxi. I believe it is a great car, very reliable, and how quick acceleration is. I haven't had to replace really anything on it. The transmission is starting to go, but it has 250,000 miles on it. And it gets me where I need to go. I definitely would by another one.

You're talkin about a car that I owe my life to.

I had her up to 100mph on black ice that I thought was water. Started doing so many 360s on the interstate, smacked into the wall, and then into the grass. That car saved my life - just had whiplash.

It was a 5 speed with lots of acceleration. I miss it a lot, but I've now got a Mazda which I'm in love with, but overall Honda is one of the best.
