I have had the dealer try to fix the rear hatch five times, only to have no luck. I still have to press the release at least three times before it opens, then sometimes even lift on the hatch to help it.
I have had a intermittent roaring noise comming from the rear end for the last 3000 miles, though the dealership cannot make it duplicate. Neither can work on it under the extended service warranty, without first hearing it or seeing it broken.
The car has been very hard on tires, I cannot seem to keep the frontend alignment straight.
I would not purchase the extended warranty, If you have to have the vehicle serviced from Sunrise Pontiac in Memphis Tn, It will cost you at least 200.00 every visit even with a zero (0) deductible.
The car is far better than the Service I have received from the Dealership.
I have had the same problem with the rear hatch - each time I took it to the dealership to attempt to have it fixed, they could not duplicate the problem.
