1991 Chevrolet Cavalier Z24 review from North America
"Great looking and performing car!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Door latch freezes in the winter.
Tiny rust spots.
Vent on passenger side is warped.
Transmission is rough, you can feel it changing gears.
Good enough stock sound system for the year.
General comments?
This car is freaking awesome, I get temperatures down to -25 and it starts on the first shot without being plugged overnight.
Handles really well in corners, exceptionally well.
Good takeoff, doesn't feel lazy when I'm drinving it.
Good enough stock sound system for the year.
Doesn't have a killer top speed, but what good is 300mph top speed if it takes you an hour to get to it. It goes real fast right away.
I like the old J-Body better than the new cavaliers, it seems today that all cars look alike.
