1988 Jeep Comanche pioneer olympic edition review from North America
"A true jeep"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
It needs a battery
it also needs front brakes.
General comments?
I just bought a 1988 jeep Comanche Olympic edition off of a customer of mine for $100. The bed is pretty rotten and the cab needs attention. it has been sitting in a field since 2004 we connected jumper cables and it fired right up and ran smooth as silk. I had no tow vehicle so I had to make a 45 mile trek back home behind the wheel of said Comanche (with my s10 as a chase vehicle). Apart from the battery being toast, you would have thought the truck had always been driven and it made the 45 miles without a hitch... a testament to reliability and all Comanche kind!
