2001 Buick LeSabre review from North America
"While we have not had to make major engine type repairs, other electronics have not been reliable"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
As noted by numerous individuals, the 2001 LeSabre has defective windows. The rear passenger window failed 6 months ago, needed replacing at $400+, and on 9/21/07, the other passenger window just went down and stayed down. The car is garaged; we have no children so the windows are seldom used. There has been no notification or warning from Buick about this problem. We feel the company has been extremely negligent in not addressing this problem.
Furthermore, the cruise control broke at 18,000 miles. We, being retired, decided to live without it.
Needless to say, there will be no more Buicks in our future.
